Leyton Fasteners was established on 29th September 1980 by Ralph Yardley & Tom Thornton; the trading name LEYTON taken from the last three letters of their surnames.
The first premises were based on the Roften Industrial Estate, Hooton, Wirral. Soon afterwards, as the business took off it moved to the current premises situated in Cook Street, Ellesmere Port where the company has grown over the years and now occupies a row of properties.
In the year 2000 the company was taken over by Iain Raw. He brought with him a wealth of knowledge from his previous experience in the world of engineering and had managed the company for the previous six years.
Iain, along with his current experienced team, provide an essential service to both local and national industry, delivering high quality goods and service on a daily basis. Additionally there is a trade counter which is also open to the public.
